Our dedicated tutors deliver flexible on-the-job training on a one-to-one basis at your company, with courses ranging from level 2 through to degree equivalent level 5.

A common misconception is that apprenticeships are exclusively for young people at the very start of their working lives, but they are in fact a resource-effective form of CPD, beneficial for people of any age at any stage in their career.

Eligibility Criteria+
In order for us to receive ESFA funding to cover training course, applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria: - be aged 16 years or over at the point of enrolment - be a citizen of the UK or European Economic Area (EEA), or have lived in the UK or EEA for the past 3 consecutive years - not already be in full time education at the point of enrolment* - not already hold a qualification at Level 4 or above * Full time education includes: secondary school; sixth form; college; university; or another apprenticeship programme.
Non-Funded Options+
If an employee who is being upskilled (ie, not an apprentice recruited by us) does not meet the eligibility criteria for ESFA funding, we offer competitive non-funded alternatives. Similarly, if an employee wishes to complete a standalone QCF (NVQ), BTEC or Functional Skills, we can deliver non-funded programmes.
