We started out in 2012 with just two of us specialising in recruitment of apprenticeships. Ten years on Apprenticeship Connect now recruits apprentices and delivers apprenticeship programmes across England! We’re growing every year and we’re always looking for motivated individuals to join our team.

"We hired our first apprentice through Apprenticeship Connect in the Summer of 2017 after the introduction of the Apprenticeship Levy. We decided to utilise our levy funds to attract different candidates than we did beforehand and to provide much needed support to our key departments, with a particular focus on growing our own talent. Initially, we had entered into conversations with a range of training providers but having met with David Church (Business Development Executive), we decided to proceed with Apprenticeship Connect as nearly all boxes were ticked in regard to our recruitment needs.
