

We started out in 2012 with just two of us specialising in recruitment of apprenticeships. Ten years on Apprenticeship Connect now recruits apprentices and delivers apprenticeship programmes across England! We’re growing every year and we’re always looking for motivated individuals to join our team.
Training and development is at the core of our business and we are committed to developing careers to help individuals become exceptional; that stands for our internal team too! Our ethos of care and support runs throughout our business and we are committed to helping Apprenticeship Connect employees become the very best version of themselves. From regular training workshops to enrolling our staff on to professional training courses, we pride ourselves on giving our employees every opportunity to excel in their roles. As our business has grown, our employees have grown with us and a number of our staff have progressed into senior roles, so there is plenty of scope for progression within the company.

"We hired our first apprentice through Apprenticeship Connect in the Summer of 2017 after the introduction of the Apprenticeship Levy. We decided to utilise our levy funds to attract different candidates than we did beforehand and to provide much needed support to our key departments, with a particular focus on growing our own talent.
