HR SUPPORT: THE ROLE EXPLAINED
The role of a HR support worker is to coordinate and support the HR function of an organisation, ensure legislative requirements are met and implement HR strategies in an organisation. A HR professional:
- Typically takes ownership for providing advice to managers on a wide range of HR issues using company policy and current law.
- Is likely to handle day today queries and providing HR advice and work on a range of HR processes.
- Will likely work in a medium to large organisation as part of the HR function or is a HR manager in a smaller organsation.

ABOUT THE COURSE
The HR Support Level 3 course provides learners with the knowledge and skills required to become a certified HR professional. Our course is expertly tailored to the job role of HR support and teaches:
- An understanding of HR legislation and policy framework within an organisation.
- How to deliver correct and effective HR advice, relating to everything from recruitment to retirement.
- How to utilise HR systems, processes and tools to support the HR function of an organisation.
By the end of the course, you will have a concrete platform for professional development within the HR sector.

COURSE STRUCTURE
The HR Support Level 3 course is delivered over 18 months. At the end of month 15, we allow a three-month period for learners to prepare for and sit their End-Point Assessment.
