Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course

My client is part of London’s largest independent Service and Maintenance Company, providing all trades. Their company headquarters are in central London, and is home to London’s largest service centre. As a family run business they pride themselves on offering a personal service. Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist with data inputting on a daily basis to keep a record of important documentation
  • Collating data onto an Excel spreadsheet
  • Be confident in making outbound calls to customers and engineers when requested
  • Keep accurate records, produce and update detailed statistical information on engineer’s performance
  • Enforce the companies values with all Engineers
  • Work with Customer Services department to investigate complaints and ensure that they are monitored
  • Meet with new engineers on a weekly basis and experienced engineers monthly to ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner

  • Able to use Excel and PC’s to competent level
