Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Liaising and managing the payroll function with the payroll team
  • Processing of Temp – Umbrella & Ltd Company Payrolls and monthly in-house payrollager
  • Input hours in line with Authorised timesheets, systems and logs
  • Manage weekly new starters and leavers ensuring that all starter, leaver and variations are updated in time
  • Preview payroll and ensure all changes have been made
  • Liaise with Payroll Company as and when required
  • Adhere to set deadlines
  • Point of contact for payroll queries
  • Conducting weekly expense audits
  • Ensure correct timesheets are matched to invoices
  • Weekly reconciliation submissions
  • Dispatch payslips weekly
  • Ensure receipt of weekly Limited Company/umbrella invoices
  • Ensure that system is kept up to date and adequately maintained with NI numbers and that P45’s are processed in a timely manner, correct bank details etc.
  • Ensure new starter forms, required ID docs and completed contracts are correctly completed and processed effectively
  • Ensure archiving is kept up to date within the office and are kept tidy off site
  • Co-ordinating the re-issue of bacs rejections
  • Issuing copy payslips upon request
