Wage: £200-£269/Week]

Start date: ASAP

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course

Course entry requirements: GCSEs at grade C/level 4 or above in English and Maths]

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Communicating with landlord’s agents to find out what properties are coming on the market
  • Carrying out office viewings
  • Helping Tenants find suitable office space
  • Helping Landlord’s to dispose of their office space
  • Tenant representation / office acquisitions
  • Landlord representation / office disposals
  • Lease negotiations
  • Building a strong network of landlord’s agents in London

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Kowledge of microsoft packages
  • Good written and spoken english
  • Accurate data entry
  • Good spelling and gramma
