Location: Waterloo, City of London

Wage: £192-200/Week [£10,000 -£10,400 per annum]

Start date: ASAP

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course

Course entry requirements: GCSEs at grade C/level 4 or above in English and Maths

About the role:

My Client is a rapidly growing specialist nursing recruitment agency based in London. Recently ranked in the top 40 of the “The Sunday Times top 100 companies to work for, we are forging a strong reputation and enviable market presence. Due to on-going success within the business and further growth, they are currently looking for and apprentice to join their busy credit control team.

This role is responsible for organising and coordinating two offices and ensuring our clients and candidates are greeted with the highest level of customer service.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and candidates both in person and on the phone
  • Assist with ad hoc administration when required
  • Maintain the correct condition of the office by arranging for necessary repairs and be the first contact for cleaners, external suppliers and office security
  • Coordinate all desk moves with the help of your team and ensure all equipment is set up correctly
  • Process stationary orders to ensure adequate stocks at all times
  • Order weekly groceries for both London offices
  • Manage the boardroom and meeting room calendars
  • Booking train tickets and accommodation for the team and our regional offices
  • Set up meeting rooms
  • Assist in the planning and organising of key events (e.g. AGM, Christmas Party)

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Someone who is comfortable speaking on the phone
  • Attention to detail
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines
  • IT literate
